Delivery

Our prints are produced to order by a professional print partner. This avoids holding unnecessary stock and allows your order to be produced close to its destination where possible.

Available delivery services, prices and estimated dates are shown at checkout. Most poster orders arrive within approximately 3–6 working days, although production location, destination and carrier conditions can affect this. Unless we agree otherwise, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Tracking information is sent when it is available. If an order appears delayed, please email hello@loomandlivingstudio.com with your order number.

Change-of-mind returns

For ordinary, non-personalised goods ordered online, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving them without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned securely packaged and in the condition in which they were received. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

We will refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. Genuinely personalised or made-to-your-specification goods are exempt from the change-of-mind right, but ordinary prints are not treated as personalised merely because they are printed after ordering.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refund timing

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier where the law requires. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
